For many years Skarlatos & Zonarich LLP has been advising owners and key executives of closely-held and family businesses on the financial, operational and legal aspects of purchasing, growing and exiting/selling their businesses. As a result of our experience representing business owners throughout the United States, we know that business owners are frequently unaware that they can maximize the value of their business by planning for their eventual exit from the business. As lawyers, we believe we have been able to bring expertise to the table that goes beyond the traditional capabilities of a law firm, however, we also have seen the need for a coordinated group of services not usually available through a law firm. To address the need to provide business owners with the level of service we feel is necessary to help them plan and implement their exit strategies, we formed Venture Exit Partners.
