Greg Chelap is the President and a Director of Venture Exit Partners, LLC. Greg is also a partner in the law firm of Skarlatos & Zonarich LLP (www.skarlatoszonarich.com). He has extensive experience in advising business owners and their families on matters relating to financial, tax and management strategies for building and conserving wealth. He works closely with business owners and their families to plan and implement business exit planning strategies.

Michael H. Vovakes, Director

Michael Vovakes is a Director of Venture Exit Partners, LLC. Michael’s principal focus is on advising businesses on creating turn-key and efficient processes, and providing solutions to operational gaps that facilitate management succession and transition planning. Michael is also the COO for Venture Training, Inc. (www.venturetraining.com).

Jacqueline B. Wolpert, Senior Analyst

Jackie Wolpert is a Senior Analyst for Venture Exit Partners, LLC. She is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Jackie is also the CFO of Skarlatos & Zonarich LLP.
